Chair Yoga Sequence

This yoga sequence is beginner-appropriate/all-levels and takes place entirely in a chair, and you don't need any special yoga equipment or props.

Gentle Yoga Sequence

This gentle yoga sequence takes place entirely on your back, and if you don't have them, you don't need a yoga mat or props to do it. Enjoy this sequence before bed or any time you just want to stretch out and relax.

7-minute Yoga Sequence

This gentle 7 minute yoga session does not require any previous experience with yoga or props of any kind, no yoga mat or stretchy pants needed, either!
